One thing that we wanted to ensure was that the overall brand style was enjoyable. A lighter, friendly color palette was introduced, with a much more playful icon and illustration style was scattered throughout the product to bring a smile to our users face.
The Ryanair logo is so iconic, it was important that we kept things as consistent as possible.
A more friendly, brighter colour platte was introduced to give the brand style a more modern and more vibrant style.
We felt a new, playful illustration approach would be a key differentiator in the travel sector, so we introduced a bright vector style for our products illustrations, as well as a landmark for every city that Ryanair flew to. In total there was approx 30 landmarks created.
